Dr. Bultas' research interests include families and children with disabilities and chronic illness, autism, child health promotion, and the use of simulation in teaching. She completed her doctoral dissertation in the area of delivery of health care services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Currently, Dr. Bultas is involved in a research study that uses simulation as a modality to teach childhood injury prevention to parents.
