Naima Bouabdillah is interested in research with marginalized populations that include racialized people, among others, visible minorities and refugees who experience various forms of exclusion. His research uses theoretical frameworks based on the social sciences to conceptualize socio-professional relationships based on otherness, marginalization and the process of inclusion. She also acquired a solid experience in the use of the ethnographic approach and the Bourdieuian and postcolonial theories strong of their epistemological base.
