Expertise: Brenda’s current research interest is the environmental influence on the activity and participation outcomes of individuals with developmental disabilities. Her dissertation research explores the effect of playground design on the physical activity and support needs of children with cerebral palsy. She has presented research and continuing education at local, national, and international levels.
