The Clinical Leadership & Management (CLM) degree is designed to prepare healthcare leaders and administrators to lead as communicators, thinkers & problem solvers, inquirers, and collaborators. The program teaches applied skills in courses ranging from leadership to finance to human resources, and culminates with a two-course practicum sequence where classroom skills are put into action. CLM graduates are prepared for careers in hospital/clinic operations, long-term care, patient experience, health nonprofits, and healthcare policy, as well as graduate study. For more information about the CLM program, please visit: https://www.uky.edu/chs/clinical-leadership-and-management.

The primary duties of this faculty position will include teaching undergraduate courses in the HHS & CLM programs. Additional duties include participating in service across the department, college, and university levels.
