Tarleton State University is seeking a Title IV-E Director and Instructor in the Department of Social Work & Communication Disorders. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track position located in Stephenville, TX.

The Title IV-E Coordinator is a non-tenure track position, which requires teaching and coordination of the Title IV-E Contract through the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services; Serve as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Coordination of the Title IV-E program. Includes program planning, program evaluation, development and management of the contract with TDFPS, oversight of budget, recruitment of Title IV-E stipend students, training of foster parents and CPS staff, liaison work between university and Title IV-E, planning of the annual Title IV-E child welfare conference; Teach one child welfare-related course per semester and one additional related course per semester. Manage the online seminar for Title IV-E stipend students when in field.
Education and Experience:
-Master of Social Work from a CSWE accredited school.
-Two years of post-MSW work experience in the field of social work.
Practice experience in a Child Welfare setting; teaching experience.
